「The tides apartment was one of the best places we stayed at while in Fiji! It was a bit difficult to locate since gps guided us to the opposite side of the fence. 「Beautiful place. Check in was a bit of a struggle . As no confirmation email nor text with instructions were received and multiple calls were needed to be made . To finally receive it via WhatsApp. Internet was also an obstacle. Did end up connecting to an alternative connection . When maintenance came they said that it looked like the internet had not been paid on the units specific wifi. Bbq was also not clean - rest of the place was clean however. Despite all this . 「Excellent location and very well maintained apartment. Had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and responsive. She was flexible in terms of check out time and even had welcome fruits for us. Would definitely recommend staying here!」

「For the price paid, the apartment was not ready for us to check in and we spent over an hour waiting for the cleaner to finish. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. 」
