「The staff and the room size were fantastic. What needed improvement was breakfast it was cold and not a very good selection.」

「The room was clean and comfortable」

「Loved the heated pool. Staff at hotel and restaurant were top notch. Food at Echo was delicious. The walk to beach was a little odd, not direct, but I suppose you can't help the dunes/tidal pools. The rooms are nice. However they did not have coffee pots. Staff said it was because of remodeling which seems silly. It was too inconvenient to get to lobby where it was available for sale.」

「When I say the staff is poor I am referring to the Manager Nancy who is unprofessional and misled us by falsifying information. During our stay, our room was dirty upon arriving, floor dusty, bugs & spider webs in corners, 2 towels for 4 people, no blanket or sheets for the sofa bed. They were provided upon request. Now, the noise is unreal. You can hear everything outside, every conversation, every foot step, & bag rolling by. They had college kids staying that were up all night of our stay...

「Very attentive staff and the rooftop bar was amazing」

「Motel under reconstruction. First room toilet didn’t work. Rooms dark and dated. Breakfast very lacking」

「The staff were very nice.」

「Hallway carpet needs replacing. Had a bit of an odor. Overall our fav place to stay on island, though.」
