The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the prices were reasonable. There is also a “crème-borne” ice cream parlor in the lobby, and they have the best black currant ice cream I’ve had. We had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Gurgaon. The room was clean, spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities such as a kettle, refrigerator, smart TV, sofa set, and an efficient air conditioning system. The breakfast spread was good with ample variety, and the gym and pool were well-maintained. The location is also convenient, being close to Cyberhub and Cyberpark, which made commuting easy. The staff was polite, courteous, and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. The only area that could be improved is the in-room dining, which did not quite match the otherwise high standards. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
