「I did not like that the refrigerator was broke, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bedroom door knob was broken, and the living room was full of ants. The bell cart had a flat so you couldn’t use it. This place was too expensive to have all of these issues」

「I won't return. We spent 2 out of a 3-day stay in a room covered in dog hair. Communication between management and cleaning staff is not great here. The staff themselves are very nice and accommodating, but this is not a hotel. It feels more like a trendy loft space run by a company that has not fully found its stride. Main issues: * Room covered in dog hair for most of the stay * Poor communication between management and cleaning staff * Glitter all over the floors and elevators * Loud music...
