"Great place. Super peaceful. place was immaculately clean. we were unaware that it was a duplex because the posting made it seemed like it was a single family home, but it didn't seem to make a difference once we stepped inside. the other side of the duplex was occupied and we could not hear the next door neighbor whatsoever. unfortunately we did have an issue with the code that was given to us to enter the property. it did not seem to unlock the door and we had to wait about 30-40 minutes...
