Our first room had the lights on, trash on the floor, and the beds both unmade. We thought someone may still have been in there. There was a baby cockroach in the hallway on the first floor, the pool was out of use due to sanitization, they do not have hair dryers for guests in their rooms, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the shower head was dirty. We looked at the breakfast options and the containers and makers seemed dirty so we did not eat anything from there. Not the biggest deal considering everything else, but no one really welcomed us, thanked us, or greeted us in any way during any interaction, not even asking how our stay was when we checked out.

Sheets are old and previously stained, one bed had hair in the sheets so management moved us to another room. Overall needs to be fixed up as all areas are in need of repair and cleaning.

Sheets, towels and water pressure in shower were good. Foul odor as soon as we walked into the room. AC might have been leaking. Did not see a leak but carpeting was wet. There was mold in the bathtub. Breakfast had to microwave the coffee. Don't think anyone made fresh. The pan the gravy was in had not been changed. Very crusty looking.

Well I just want to start off by saying pictures are almost always deceiving! Read reviews on everything always! This hotel smelled bad & was very outdated, staff acted like we were annoying them by asking for more towels/blankets & not to mention we waited HOURS to even get them! I’ll never stay at this hotel again it gave off creepy vibes & just overall dirty! Don’t stay here.

Flat Screen Television would not turn on I called the front desk and he said ok so we had no television to watch while we stayed here. Towels and bedding didn’t look crisp and clean. Staff was very unwelcoming. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and this was the worse experience and I paid more for my room. The air conditioning wasn’t really working and breakfast was very limited and ok quality. The guy who prepared breakfast was the only nice face we spoke with. Front Desk manager gave very poor poor service. On our floor there were two big dumpster trash cans that sat on the main floor the entire night they were dirty. This really did not look good. I will never stay at this property again.

La gente es tan racista, que da asco y sólo hindús su comida. Da asco tiene las instalaciones peores que nada. Los aires acondicionados me mojaron. Todas mis cosas estaban tirando agua dentro del hotel la lavadora destruyó mis camisas y pantalones no sirven y hay un problema de garrapatas o pulgas dentro y lo confirmo con todos los piquetes que tú que tuve después de acostarme en esa pinche cama.

The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was not appetizing at all. They need to do a better job at keeping it full with food, and clean from the START of breakfast through the END of breakfast. Every single table had crumbs and grease on them. I poured hot water on mine to clean it off.

Room was fine until it rained and my window started not just leaking but water was pouring into the room. Staff moved me into a different room that had a similar problem as the first. Floor by the AC unit was damp the entire stay. No mention of any accommodation for getting moved into a “downgraded” room. Would only plan on staying here if the weather is going to be clear with no possibility of rain at all. Other than that, staff was nice and breakfast wasn’t bad.
