The ocean view and morning sunrises are the best parts of staying in this condo. It is a very nice condo, with a comfortable couch, comfy beds and a good shower. Considering the price, the following things should be added or improved: 1/Lighting. Living room didn't have a lamp, so we had to move one from one of the bedrooms. 2/Balcony furniture. Chairs are not especially comfortable and there's no table for drinks. 3/ Kitchen needs a better frying pan, toaster, and can opener, and it needs a baking sheet and tea kettle. We would also suggest that some board games be available. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Condo was nice and clean. The owners specified there were no supplies like coffee except one "starter" kit of one package of coffee. I would suggest that they provide coffee, creamer, and sugar as well as some basic cooking ingredients like oil and seasonings.

Our ac unit on half of our condo wasnt working properly. It wasn't too hot but still not where I wanted it to be. Our stay was good! Many different activities to do while there.

Best rental yet!

Chose this rental based on prior reviews so I wanted to give details for future renters. Besides the basics that the rental is pretty, clean, spacious, right on the beach…excellent and quick communication with owner. The hotel is organized with security to guide you right when you pull in.took elderly family member so having parking on same floor as unit was wonderful: so much to see and do on beach. Kids were entertained the whole time. Hotel is super clean. Pools and beach clean. Rented umbrella and chairs easily on beach. Owner has excellent communication and you will know exactly what to expect with supplies in rental. This was a perfect ten!

Okay getaway.

Super Busy location. Plenty amenities. Plenty of room, linens and kitchen supplies. Maintenance was quick to fix AC in back rooms. Nice to have two washers and dryers but only used one set. The master bedroom bathroom washer and dryer needs to be replaced. They stunk up the entire bathroom. Do not use if you don’t want your clothing to have a sour smell.

There were 10 of us and we enjoyed the condo and amenities. The balcony was a bit small for 10 of us but we made it work. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the overall space was good.

An excellent family getaway

Without hyperbole, this was a near perfect stay. This condo is amazing and has a lot more space than you'd expect it to have. Our family had tons of room to spread out and relax. The condo is well furnished with supplies and plenty of towels and, if you park on the 7th floor of the garage, you can walk right out into the garage to your car without having to get on an elevator. The only suggestion I might have would be to have a couple of more towel hooks or bars available; we did find space to hang towels to be lacking. Other than that, this was an exceptional stay and we'll be hoping it's available if we come back to the Ocean Walk.

Great Location

Walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. Ocean view, nice parking garage, helpful attendants and staff. Room was clean.

Rain didn't damper our stay

Condo and amenities were great! It rained most of the time, which didn't ruin our vacation, but it was nice to have the space for us to also enjoy a few drinks either inside or on the patio.

Great room and excellent view.

Everything went as smooth as one can ask for. Very easy from the time we pulled up with parking and check in. Questions were answered quickly and front desk was very friendly. Property was Everything it said it was. Pools were heated and hot tubs were hot. North tower hot tub jets were significantly stronger than south towers but properly maintained property. Very, very clean.

Definitely recommend

We had a very lovely family vacation at this location. It was very busy of course being the summertime but it was never too overcrowded. There was plenty of room in the condo for all of our kids and grandkids. Very conveniently located. Some wear and tear as you would expect from an older building ocean front but very easy access to the ocean pools were great.

Location was perfect and all the employees we dealt we great! But this unit needs some TLC

We had trouble with TVs; we text manager and he sent me instructions via text and it still didn’t work.. had to wait until morning if the next day fir fix. He offered to credit me some money for our inconvenience.. they did come and fix the next day but it was an inconvenience when we would go turn on the next time.. the beds in one bedroom are in need of upgrade.. very uncomfortable!! I know it’s hard to keep these units up.. but the price we paid and the advertising of luxury condo was not so accurate..

Amazing

This property was absolutely perfect. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Being able to park on the same level as the unit was very helpful for unloading, reloading, and getting in and out. The view was amazing. The weather wasn't super warm so we used the heated pool and hot tubs every day and they were great! Location was great, you could walk as long as you wanted in either direction on nice clean packed sand. There are a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy. Overall this property is fantastic and I would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone!!!
