「Very cute condo right in the beach. Easy access to beach. Quiet building. Amazing views and great balcony to sit on and sip a drink while taking in the water. Although kitchen is small it is well stocked with the essentials. It was great to arrive and find ice in the icemaker. 「We enjoyed the Apartment at Oasis-its beachfront location is fantastic and the pool area is nice and well maintained. A few quick notes for hosts:*Only one toilet paper per bathroom- more would help larger groups.*No beach towels provided (a heads-up in the listing would be great)*No iron or Ironing Board were provided.*A blender for fruit juice or dips was missing.* Three Coffee mugs was not enough for six people.*Just one Key fob for six guests made access tricky -two would have been ideal.I...

「Second time renting this unit from Richard. Place is ocean front, top floor and awesome views. The wife, her mom and sisters had an awesome time at Cinnamon beach. Place is well stocked, clean and Richard was always responsive to her questions& needs. Will definitely rent again. 」

「Stayed for 5 nights fir Rockville. Overall accommodation was good but as others have said, its really just an upgraded hotel room. Bed was decent, shower excellent. There is a nice ocean view, but no deck. The cons were parking was challenge as little available onsite and no amenities were open, but that was communicated tobis and no fault of the host. Overall good experience and would consider in the future.」

The star of the show for us was the balcony. It gave unobstructed view of the beach, had plenty of room and the chairs were very comfortable. Overall excellent experience.」
