「First off I love the fact that every room is different well every studio or apartment is completely different I have stayed in a few and they where all different style wise. They where all very well kept and it's not a big place which makes it even better. It was quite and the people that I had seen where very polite and you don't see that very often at places around here! They where helpful when it came to not charging a resort fee if you stayed in the same room. Only thing I didn't like is...

「We stayed during the holidays and had a nice time. The overall property shows signs of basic deferred maintenance and the colors and design of this room was a uninspired, but its well equipped and spacious. Can't beat the views! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would pick this property again. We prefer a place with walkable food options and this property is great for that. The attached Ocean Walk Shoppes are nice and some of the best birria tacos we've ever had are there.」

「I have stayed at Coconut Palms II on several occasions and my husband and I love the location. The facility, grounds and staff are great. They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. 「Its a very nice condo. It is on the second floor so while you can see the ocean the dunes block your view of the beach. The master bedroom windows won't open so you cant fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves with the windows open. They appered to have screws in them to block you from opening them and enjoying the ocean breeze. The condo association is quite strict with a lot of rules. Nice pools and amenities. Beautiful beach.」
