This completely remodeled 400 sq ft condo offers the ultimate beach getaway, located just steps from the sand on Daytona Beach. Positioned on the corner of International Speedway and Atlantic Avenue, you're right in the heart of the action, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable queen-size beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. The modern, open-concept space is bright, airy, and stylishly designed to make you feel right at home. Enjoy the ocean breeze from your window or take a short walk down to the beach for stunning views and unforgettable sunrises.

Located on the 3rd floor, you’ll have a fantastic view of the area. If you prefer not to take the stairs, an elevator is available for your convenience. Plus, enjoy a brand new swimming pool overlooking the beach – the perfect spot to relax and unwind while taking in the beautiful ocean views.

Very nice and clean little unit!! We were so close to the pier we just walked!! Beach was within 100 yards… Only issue I had was the A/c could not keep up even at night but it kept it comfortable for the stay!! Thank you again!!

Easy access to the studio apt via the lock box. Clean with comfortable beds. We spent most of our time in Daytona at the Rolex 24 but the room was an oasis after a long day at the track.

Easy to book/great communication

We had a few hiccups at our own fault. The owner replied to messages in a timely manner to answer any questions and help us with any troubles. The rules and check in instructions were very clear. Don't let the outside of the building fool you! It is an older building, however, the unit we stayed in was updated and VERY clean! Hands down we will be back to this location for future stays!

Stayed 10 Days!!

The Condo was comfortable, clean and right on the ocean. Very easy communication with the owner. I stayed 10 days before I closed on a home in Daytona. There is a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and coffee maker and microwave. A very nice shower and the bed was comfortable!! Will definitely tell my family and friends to make reservations to stay there
