6th floor studio. Close to elevator. If we weren't on the beach we were on the balcony. Perfect area for us this time of year. Laid back.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Juliya was a great host, she had very quick responses whenever we needed something, very accommodating. The room is very cute! Perfect for 2! We had everything we needed. 5/5. Would stay again.

Daytona 500

The property was nice, host was very responsive. Everything was very easy to get to. If you’re staying for the Daytona 500, you may want to drive instead of taking an Uber. We waited well over a hour for a ride & ended up splitting a ride with someone as Uber still hadn’t connected us with a driver. The only downside to the property was that the floor hadn’t been swept & my white socks were black after just a few hours of being there.

Vacation

My family and I came to Florida for vacation. The location was perfect for us. We were centered to everything we wanted. The beach access was great and we were able to walk to the pier. It was extremely accurate in the description, easy check in and very clean. The view of the ocean was wonderful. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice Spot!

Great property accurately described with great view, clean, and easy check in/check out process. Nice location on Daytona Beach, if we weren’t in the room we were on the beach. Appreciated this spot was slightly less busy than being right next to the pier. Still had access to all of the popular spots within walking distance. Host was easy to communicate with but we had no issues at all. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again!

Great location, good for two people

My 18 year old daughter and I staying in the room for the Turkey Rod Run. We typically were only there to sleep and shower, so it worked great for us. Couch was big enough for her to sleep on. The bed was nice and firm. Clean place, great ocean view.

Cozy for two

This is an older Condotel. However it’s has updates and kept up well. It was perfect for my wife and I. Small but convenient. Check-in was a little off as they didn’t have the paper work sent in to allow us to check in. Finally got up with owner and cleared it quick. Made our dinner reservation but a little late. Easy access to the beach and plenty of shops and food all around. The place is older but there is obvious effort to keep it up and clean. Towels where stained and a little dingy but clean. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Bed slept well. Old school coffee pot so bring coffee and filters. No kureg. Beach chairs and umbrella came with the room which was nice. If you don’t like the smell of Gods weed then you might no like it. If we come back this would definitely be our place.

Nice condo

The condo itself was very nice and had all amenities necessary. Unfortunately, because I was in the area for a competition all weekend I needed good sleep. The noise from the trucks outside, because it happened to be truck week, were awful and very loud. People in the hallway going to and from their rooms were also loud. Then at 3:30 am a car alarm in the parking lot went off. Needless to say I found a quieter place to stay the 2nd night. If you’re a night person and like to stay up late and don’t mind noise, you will love this place. The condo is nice but the building needs updating.

Overall a great stay

5 stars for cleanliness, location, walkability, and host. Not in their control but the hot tub was not working properly and the beach access is closed off. Otherwise the pool, the view and everything else was great.

A friends wedding get away

The host was excellent to work with. She was very quick to reply and went out of her way to ensure we were pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean. The condominium was outdated and older as many condominiums are in the area. We were pleased with our stay and the host.
