NOISE is likely Monday - Friday 745 a to 4 pm weather permitting. ****Balcony is closed during the working hours of 745 a to 4 pm M - F due to swing stage passing by**

    After the installation of all new balcony glass, this unit got all new flooring, living room furniture, a new walk in shower in the guest bathroom and a fresh coat of paint throughout Additional upgrades still coming.
