「I did ring Tina regarding a couple of things and she was pleased to get feed back. For example no blue bags to put dirty linen in . The cottage was decorated inside and out for Halloween and as older adults did not want to look at them inside the cottage didn't mind outside. I have recommended the cottage to family in same village for visiting family and friends.」

「Arrived at the Mews and had difficulty finding keys as instructions were not very clear. I had paid extra for a parking permit and no permit was provided in the unit, had to pay again to park car on street as we were warned that they monitor these streets day and night. We booked this unit as we needed to do some laundry, it lists a washer and dryer in the amenities to find out we only had a washing machine and no dryer. Tried calling the housekeeping number and did not get an answer till 9am...

「We had a great stay, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, the hot tub was a great feature and so relaxing. the grounds are quiet and we were visited by some chickens too! Perfectly located for a break from every day life, just 5 minute drive to the town and half an hour to the beach. 「Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊」

「The ability to get to restaurants etc in the harbour was poor as very long way down and steep climb up. No smart TVs no Spotify on Alexa and the request to leave apartment clean was unacceptable as would have better service from a hotel and the price paid was high end and expectations were not met.」
