"Breakfast was fine. Airport Shuttle locale fine. But the common areas of the hotel are in desperate need of repair. Dining chairs are old, ripped, scuffed badly. Curtains are torn, hall carpeting is ruffled and can ca7se tripping as it is not set smooth. The beds are comfy as are the pillows. The employees are fantastic."

"Well first of all Expedia screwed up and booked 2 rooms and I didn't realize it until the day of our stay and then I called and the guy at Expedia said the 1 reservation was cancelled but the other one was still good. Well we get to sonesta and both of our rooms were cancelled by Expedia. So the guy at the desk DEMENTRIE was so awesome and got our room reinstated as our daughter had a club volleyball tournament at Columbus convention center the next morning. Then he did an extra special thing for me and my family and made it so much better. He went above and beyond and the rest of the staff were awesome along with the restaurant staff. Sonesta hotel was a great experience. I highly recommend it."

"Everything was excellent!!!! The food drinks the whole atmosphere was perfect. Thought the beer could be just a little cheaper since they brew it there but .... Will 💯 be going back♥️♥️♥️♥️ they have the most chill awesome staff!"

"The hotel had been oversold, and they gave our room to someone else. I paid for a double queen months before but was given a small king room, so one person had to sleep on the floor. The woman working the front desk at check-in was rude and didn’t seem to be bothered that they had done this to us. The evening staff was far more pleasant and very apologetic. There were some signs of mold in the shower, but otherwise the room was mostly clean and reasonable. Breakfast was solid and surprisingly had a few healthier things like a small area with pumpkin seeds and granola. It was extremely difficult to find a parking spot. I dropped my family at the airport and had to wait 15 minutes before someone else left their parking spot back at the hotel. It is literally right at the airport, so some people might not like the noise of planes coming and going. "

"The hotel is a little dated but the staff made up for it. Check in was easy and the man was very kind. Breakfast was delicious and staff were constantly cleaning and restocking the buffet. Very hard workers! The room was quiet and the pool was large!"

"Can’t really complain. You can’t expect too much from a 2 star property. Staff was nice. Free parking. Only thing I’ll mention is that the shower head was leaking. It was spraying water towards the ceiling every time we turned it on. We had to hang a wash cloth on top of the leak to prevent the water from spraying us in the face as well. Other than that, the water was hot, shower pressure was fine."
