This is an elegant, spacious home with a Coastal Craftsman flair. The home features spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico or the Mississippi Sound from every room! Three of the five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the other two share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Ensuite primary has a king bed; ensuite bedrooms 2 / 3 have queens; bedroom 4 has a queen bed and the kids room has two bunksets with plenty of built-in storage. On the main level there is a convenient half-bath adjacent to the great room and kitchen. The spacious gourmet kitchen has all the amenities of your own home and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The home has a large covered porch and an open sun deck for outdoor living space, and even a Gulf-view Jacuzzi. Enjoy the unparallel sunsets from the Gulf-side deck. This home has beautiful views of the Gulf and the beach dune system. Commercial Ice Maker; Wet Bar; Hot Tub; Gas Grill; Private Pool.

Lovely location and accommodations

The place was great. The features and amenities were excellent. There were some minor maintenance issues that should ha e been taken care of. The VRBO fees are way excessive. No value added. Go directly to the Dauphin Island real estate company. The review would be 4.5 stars except for that.

The house was excellent! The view amazing! We all had a great time. There was a few issues with the house but maintenance was quick to respond. The ice maker is extremely loud. And the general consensus for everyone was the beds are to small. Queen beds would be nice.

Large family vacation.

This home met all our expectations. U are right on the beach with no view obstruction. There are a lot of extras with this home. Pool, hot tub, margaritaville drink mixer, wine cooler, ice maker and even a commercial geade ice maker. We will stay here again if we re-visit Dauphin Island.

Lovely Family Vacation

Overall we had an amazing experience staying at the Blue Pearl. You don't want for anything in the kitchen. I was frustrated on a few things. The listing says it has a charcoal grill but the pictures show a gas grill. I called and spoke with the property manager and they confirmed it was a charcoal grill. I went and purchased charcoal and lighter fluid to find it was a gas grill. I called and also asked the property manager about the coffee maker to determine if I needed to by pods or regular coffee. I was told it only had a Keureg and when we got there they had both types of coffee makers. The dining room chairs need to be replaced as they are completely warn out. When you sit the wood in them pushes up and makes it very uncomfortable to sit on. I know those are all minor issues and overall our family of 8 enjoyed their summer vacation. The pool was amazing and the ocean even better! The views are amazing! We hope to visit again!
