Wonderful house for a large group!

We met our four children and grandchildren here for a week and it was perfect! A large well equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and four baths and a large living area made our stay so enjoyable. And the water being literally out the back door and a great back deck made enjoying the beach so easy!

We loved this house! Right on the beach, everything clean, plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked. Wished it had a high chair but other than that it was perfect!

The house was in a great location and spacious. Plenty of rooms and beds, open floor plan was light and bright. Loved the double decks! The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and the grill was in good shape and clean. Our third trip here with Vascasa , no issues ever. We would love to rent here again.

We loved our stay ! It was so nice being right at the water and enjoying the sounds of the ocean at night . The home is so nice and clean. We loved this home and the layout is great for a large group . Plenty of space , nice showers , baths , king beds were great facing the ocean . Loved loved this home . We had a large group and everyone was very accommodated and comfortable . Check in and out was a breeze . The Vacasa staff was awesome ! Highly recommend !

Great Location, nice beach right odd the back porch. Nice open concept with a great gulf view from the kitchen, living area, and both main bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. No houses in front of this home - unobstructive views.

Wonderful experience. Clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Nice beds and bathrooms. Both open and private space. Three things were noted that need attention: bathroom sliding door alignment, tv in one bedroom, and grilling on South patio. Would definitely consider this home for a follow-on visit in the future. Place is well kept and maintained.

Beautiful beach home

There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room for adults and children to play games, and spend time with each other. You could not ask for better beach access. The only thing we would have liked was a 2nd refrigerator. With 15 people for 7 days fridge space was somewhat of an issue. The 2 dishwashers were great. Very well stocked kitchen with dishes and silverware. Could use some upgraded cookware, but it got the job done. Overall great property! We will stay there again.

Great room layout

This is our second time staying out of Dauphin Island and we love it. This house has a great room layout and we brought friends and family. The kitchen is well stocked. We love being the front house on the beach with nothing blocking the view. From reading other reviews we brought hand soap pumps for each bathroom and throw blankets since there are none. My only negatives; and they aren't bad, are the deck furniture is not very comfortable and under the house was muddy so we couldn't hang out under there like we have at a different house.

Loved the views, baby gates helped so much with keeping the littles safe! We stayed a full 7 days and the washer and dryer in house was so helpful! We came with 6 adults and 10 kids and we all fit very comfortably! Vacasa also provided great customer care and got right back with any questions I had! The only tip I’d leave is bring some throw blankets, there’s no vacuum accessible so it was ALOT of sweeping but that’s expected! Overall 9/10

Wonderful beach house

The house was very clean and cute! We loved the close proximity to the beach. Vacasa was very helpful with any questions and so was the property manager in the area. They have lots of plates and silverware. They also have two coffee pots, two dishwashers, a crockpot, a waffle maker, a griddle, and lots of pots, and pans, so that you can cook all kinds of things! There are plenty of towels. We loved the 2 rooms with bunk beds because everyone had their own bed. There is a volleyball net so bring a ball. A couple things to help those coming to stay- please note these aren’t negative - just things to know. There aren’t any spices in the house, so plan accordingly. There is almost 2 flights of stairs to get in the house that you have to carry suitcases up. There are no extra blankets, so bring your own blankets for the couch or deck. They are building a new house in front of this house, so be very careful when pulling in the first time. To find the driveway, look for a wooden sign with the house numbers on it. If you pull into what looks like a steep driveway stop and back out- it’s the wrong one. Two vehicles got stuck turning into that driveway, including a contractor. The outside trash can was overflowing when we got there, so we made sure to take it to the curb on trash days. Trash runs twice a week and the schedule is on the fridge, so make sure you take the can to the curb for the next person staying at the house. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Everything was amazing with the stay!! Literally, the only issue we encountered, was navigating multiple vehicles in the driveway without getting one stuck. Other than that, it was the perfect stay, and we would stay again!
