Situated in the wonderful harbour town of Dartmouth with a relaxing roof terrace, you are just minutes from the hive of activity at the quayside.. Second Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: Smart TV, DVD Player

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer

Bedroom 1: Zip And Link Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request), Smart TV, Patio Doors Leading To Balcony

Bedroom 2: Zip And Link 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet

Third Floor:

Bedroom 3: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed, Smart TV Ensuite: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Gas central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Parking permit for 1 car (unreserved). No smoking. Visit England 4 Star. This property can be booked together with Bank Apartment 1 to accomodate up to 10 guests.. A second floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely roof terrace to the rear.
