"I stayed in German Charm 2, and it is charming. An excellent house for our short stay to see family. The house is well equipment for all your needs. it is in a very quiet area and is walking distance to all amenities. Matt, the host, was very attentive and responded to emails promptly. I would recommend this place to all that are visiting Columbus. It is exceptional value and much better than a hotel room!! I will be staying again."

"Room was very nice and clean! Staff was friendly while checking in and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this stay."

"The elevator didn’t work!! Put us on the 3rd floor, which was very difficult for me to walk up. They did put us in a room on the first floor for the remainder of our stay. I picked this hotel because it had an elevator. Very disappointed it didn’t work and we weren’t notified."

"The rooms were very clean. The staff was fantastic. Especially Drew at the front desk. He went above and beyond in getting us on the same floor as my daughter and the grandkids who were travelling from Chicago. The ONLY disappointing thing was they could not get the tv in the living area working. The tv in the bedroom worked and had to watch the cartoons/movies in our bedroom on the bed with my wife and the two grandchildren. The menu was pricey. Two steaks (New Strips) were $136 which included no sides. Again, overall experience was excellent. Conveniently, located across the street from COSI where we took our 3 year old grandson, and he had a blast! bernie"

"Breakfast was OK , very crowded and food was basic. The room had missing fan and hole in the ceiling in the bathroom and there was a live wire coming out of one of the outlets and no plate on it. Several patches on the walls. It was clean, but just pretty worn down. Swimming pool was ok. Television had limited channels. AC did work well in the room however, the blanket was very thin and the space in the room was pretty tight for two adult adults and two children as these were full size beds in a very small room. Overall, it was OK, but I feel that it was overpriced for being so worn down."
