「Nice property. Beautiful view! Porches are great. Being a basement apartment made it difficult to rest due to host up doing construction or something quite early ior late 4 a.m. however you look at the situation. Hot tub was on the upstairs deck which wasn’t very private even though there were curtains on either end. The house windows were still available to be seen by anyone who chanced to look. There were many nice conveniences such as bath robes, candles, toiletries , coffee, frozen food...

「It was so nice to stay in this apartment. Joyce was so kind and attentive, while leaving us to our privacy. This place was like staying at my grandmother's house. And anything you could possibly need was at your finger tips! 「The location had easy access and a great café just around the corner. The space was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. One thing to note, however, is that the apartment is on the top floor with no door separating it from the staircase. While the two other apartments on the lower floor remained locked, it's something to be aware of when booking. Overall, a good experience!」

WiFi is weak in the bedroom with the router.Review: It is a nice and simple set up. The neighborhood may appear “off” but I didn’t have any issues as a solo female traveler. Reach out and ask for anything they are really responsive and prompt which is “rare” for me as a seasoned VRBO traveler. 」
