Stately★ Modern★ Elegant★: This listing is one of four in the Tenant House. This completely restored one bedroom, one bathroom unit has a remote control fireplace, Juliet balcony, original hardwood flooring, patio, and all the amenities one could ask for. Located across from the Richmond Visitors Center, it is within walking distance of the downtown area, parks, and EKU. The laundry, an outdoor patio, and recreational area are all shared spaces.

Mom/daughter road trip with the dogs a success!

Luxury on Main - South was a great fit for my mom and me (and our dogs) for an extended weekend in the Richmond area. The apartment had great amenities and the decorations were great. So many plants!The TV needed a small fix and someone was sent out immediately. Would definitely stay there, or any of the other Luxury on Main apartments, again!

A real gem!

So glad I found this gem! It had everything we needed for an enjoyable long weekend stay during EKU homecoming. The apartment is a short drive to campus and within walking distance to restaurants in town. The apartment is exactly like the photos. Very welcoming when we came in to the lights on and complimentary coffee and tea. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of off-street parking. Would suggest a more comfortable sofa. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This is our new "GO-TO"

We visited our daughter at EKU for the weekend and sought accommodations conveniently close to town. This option perfectly met our needs, providing everything required. The cleanliness was impressive, and we see no reason to consider alternative lodging in the future.

3rd Time -- Still Great!

This was the third time I've stayed here and it was wonderful as always. The apartments are clean, the bed is comfortable, and I felt safe walking the short distance from the parking to the door even late at night. The only thing was the internet was not really stable this time and trying to work during the day was a challenge at times. Even with that one small issue, I would stay here again and again when visiting Richmond.

Amazing little gem in the heart of Kentucky

This is the perfect place to stay with just a short drive to Lexington for the horses and shopping as well as a quick walk to EKU. The place has everything you need and more. Most of all the host was so helpful and easy to communicate with. He is a joy to work with and would not stay anywhere else when we head back down to the area.

Totally as described! Within walking distance to multiple destinations. Inside was very clean and everything was well thought out, to make our stay pleasant. Outside deck is wonderful! Would stay again!

Lovely and historic getaway!

This property was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Our only suggestions would be a more comfortable sofa to watch TV by the fire. And coffee creamer with regular sugar. But otherwise it was lovely!

Cozy and delightful

The apartment was everything you could want in a rental space. We do not need to come to Richmond often, but if we do, we will definitely try to stay here again. The host thought of everything and it is very comfortable. Also, it is very convenient with walking distance to several places.

Perfect place to stay in Richmond

Cute little one bedroom unit in a house that has 3 other similar one bedroom units. Doors are coded entry, so no worrying about keys. Very clean, charming house. We stayed for my son’s graduation from EKU and had some of the aunts and uncles rent the other units. I stayed a few extra days to explore the area. Richmond is such a cute town and it is also fun to explore Berea and Lexington from there. Decor is absolutely lovely and up to date. Would stay there again.
