"Apartment is not as advertised. There is no beach trail at all. No beach access by foot. You have to drive if you want to go to a beach or the pier or shopping/resturants. There is no A/C which by itself is okay in that there are ocean breezes that help a lot but the windows must always be open which means hearing the Amtrack train at all hours and multiple times during the night along with the noise of very close neighbors. The apartment itself is very very nice. It has a nice ocean view...

Lots of fans, a pack n play, beach toys and a wagon to haul them back and forth. Plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Great for kids and families. Our host was kind and highly responsive. We had a minor issue (and didn’t even ask for them to come fix it) and they responded immediately and sent someone to come remedy the issue. Great...
