Great property. Great location.

Perfect location and Great place

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Had lots of extras from full kitchen and coffee, to beach chairs, wagon, towels, and a garage to park in. Just a very short walk to a beautiful beach. It’s centrally located to walk to shops and many restaurants. The host was great with communication and instructions and availability if needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Weekend Family trip

This home was a perfect spot for a family getaway. We never moved our car and walked every morning to beach and coffee. Plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked. The beach chairs and supplies were in great condition and made for fun beach afternoons. We will stay here again. If you are bringing family who have difficulty with stairs this condo is on second floor.

Oceanside Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the board games, played every day. The place is clean and has everything you might need. We stayed for a week over February break. Beautiful weather (compared to New England where we are from). Lots of space to spread out for our family of 5.

Comfortable and perfect stay!

We fully enjoyed our stay. We like to cook and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. There were also games, beach toys, towels, amenities, etc. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to plenty to do. Would recommend!

Wonderful experience

We had 5 people in our party and we all loved staying here. It was very clean, close to the beach and many places to eat and was fun to walk around the neighborhood. The decor is great! The manager was very responsive and the condo had everything we needed. We really loved staying here and would definitely come back!

Apotheosis of perfection.

This condo exceeded our expectations in spades. And all of the 5 star reviews are spot. So clean, so comfortable, so close to the beach and restaurants. And everything in the condo worked perfectly. Will definitely be trying to book this place again in the future.

Fantastic beach stay

We loved everything about our stay here. Plenty of room for our large family. The kids loved that we could walk to the beach and breakfast every morning. Highly recommend the Pannikin Coffee & Tea that is a block away. We spent lots of time at the beach and pier and Tom and Marina had everything we needed to play there, from sand toys and boogie boards to a wagon to bring it all down. Would definitely stay again!

The property is in the perfect location for Oceanside.

The property was perfect for myself and two teenage daughters. The layout of the condo was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. We have stayed at multiple locations in Oceanside, and we preferred this location the most.

Best short term rental ever!!!

The house was fantastic for our family. The house was exactly as the listing stated. The beds were comfortable. It felt like being home, but 2000 miles away. Marina was very personable and the decorations around the house were fun. There were movies, books and games for the kids. There was plenty of beach equipment and 2 wagons to pull. The beach is nearby, 5 minute walk. The area was quiet, not too close to the train. The directions were correct, but just note the gate is on the side and the key box is hidden behind the bushes. The parking was workable and the area was perfect for both LA and SD activities. Oceanside had plenty of things to do, as well! 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this place above everything else we found in the area.

Great beach getaway within walking distance to downtown Oceanside.

Our family went on a chartered boat trip to fish. This cozy beach condo had all of the amenities we needed for our weekend of fun! This property is within walking distance to downtown Oceanside. The property owner was very communicative and made check in and check out simple. One of our family members is already planning her return trip to stay in the condo again.

Wedding in area

A great stay and one of the best VRBO that I've stayed at. From the onset Mariana was on top of all communication and check in was a breeze. The unit is in a great location, walking distance to morning coffee, restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach. In addition only 2 miles away from freeway. 3 bdrm / 2 ba was comfortable for 3 adults and fully provisioned with all amenities. The beach accessories - chairs/boogie boards came in handy for our family beach day. If looking for spending some time in Oceanside or the greater San Diego are I would highly recommend this as one of your choices. If ever again in the area I would certainly look to re-book.

Perfect spring break retreat for my family of 6

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The location was great, our first evening we walked to a cute taco joint, then on to watch the sunset off the pier. It is a short drive to the tide pools in Carlsbad, Legoland. My kids enjoyed the waves, a short walk from the place (who am I kidding, even I was out boogeyboarding in the cold March Pacific water!). The unit has everything you need to cook in; lots of games for foggy mornings, or nights when you just need a night in. My family enjoyed spreading out in the spacious condo. We also took the drive to La Jolla to see seal cove and the tide pools down there. Marina (the host) was easy to work with and super accommodating, we didn’t have any issues, but she offered to address any if we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay, my husband said it was a perfect retreat!

Pretty Good!

The unit is great - clean and updated. The overall property building is ok - it does need a little updating, but that didn't cause any problems. We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. There was a snafu with the codes to get into the unit and property, but the property manager was very responsive and helped get us in. The first evening we noticed water on the kitchen floor, and after investigating, realized there was a significant leak under the kitchen sink. We turned off the water in the kitchen, removed the contents under the sink, sopped up the water and put a fan toward the cabinet to let it dry out for a day and a half. This made the kitchen feel unusable, as it took a full day and a half for a plumber to repair the sink, and then the fix had to sit for another day. It was very nice that the property manager sent us $50 for breakfast, but I was a little bit expecting more compensation for the initiative to investigate and stop the damage from the kitchen leak that could potentially have soaked to the lower unit, and that we really couldn't use the kitchen for 2 days. We were super grateful that there were wagons, beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas for us to use. I didn't notice this on the VRBO ad, so it was a very nice surprise. Overall, we recommend!

Perfect location for a fun, family, beach vacation!

Our family had an amazing vacation at this Beachy Condo and Marina was the perfect host! The location in Oceanside entertains all ages and everything is just a few minutes walk, including the beach! Marina provides everything for a fun day at the beach too; beach chairs, toys, umbrella and wagons! The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your own meals or take a short walk to all the great restaurants! We felt very welcome and safe in the adorable beach town. We are so glad we found this gem in Oceanside!

Clean and Spacious!

The condo was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Clean, spacious, and well appointed with two types of coffee makers, an air fryer, and everything needed for a day at the beach. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, and appreciated the close proximity to the Thursday Night Market.

Sisters weekend in Oceanside

This home is beautifully maintained and ready for a group to enjoy whike in Oceanside. We planned our trip this year so that we could meet our new great niece as well as explore a new city together. The beachy condo worked well for our leisure morning of coffee, pastries and our playing with niece. It is centrally located for lots of walking to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. We enjoyed a walking food tour, a paint and sip at a local brewery and several walks along the shoreline and pier. The condo was the perfect place to start and end our days in Oceanside. Host is great with communication and instructions. Really appreciate knowing she is available if we need her, but not intrusive at all. Thanks for the Beachy Condo!!

I liked that it was a very clean, nicely furnished condo and it was about 8 minutes walking distance to the Oceanside pier. I didn’t like that the building didn’t have an elevator. We had an elderly person with us and it was quite a challenge to get him up or down the stairs. When I booked thru Expedia, that wasn’t in the description of the property. Also in the pictures on Expedia, you see what it seems like a private balcony with outdoor furniture to use looking out to the street, but it wasn’t a private balcony, it was a common terrace with other neighbors. We didn’t have the privacy to go out and enjoy coffee sitting outside. Having a balcony looking out and having some view was important for me especially important for my elderly dad to go out and enjoy some view. When we checked in to the condo, the communication with the owner was good, she even accommodated early and late checki in. However there was no way to connect with the owner before checking in, before even booking. I would have loved to ask the questions whether building has an elevator or not, balcony or not and didn’t have the option to do so.
