I had no plans to post a review as I did not want to slam the property manager. However, see below what I sent to the property manager by text upon checking out. He did not acknowledge or respond to my text in any way. Great location but beware or at least go in with eyes wide open!!"Good morning! We are out of the unit. I am not planning on leaving a review as it would not be great. We did appreciate the responsiveness on the HVAC, the 1 hour early check in, the place was well stocked, and is well located. However, the place needs some improvements and a few things are unacceptable: 1) the HVAC cost us a half of a day of our trip and , FYI, is still not working properly. It is only heating in emergency heat mode costing you/owner a lot of money and will drastically shorten the life of the unit if it is not repaired, 2) the house was extremely and unacceptably dusty, see pic of bedroom mantle as an example, 3) the TV in bedroom didn’t work, 4) the bathroom rugs are unacceptably disgusting. Any bath rugs/mats should be changed after each guest, 5) the place is in general disrepair with paint, lights, light switches, outlets, etc. See pic of kitchen light switch, 6) the internet was horribly slow with many disconnects, and lastly, 7) the most unacceptable of all was that there were 4 unsealed, used and refilled water bottles in the refrigerator. We believe we deserve a partial refund for one days stay. Ted"
