「The host’s communication could have been clearer, and the place wasn’t clean when I arrived. Unfortunately, I chose to leave early because the space didn’t feel ready for guests.」

「Positives: Location was GREAT. It’s right by the LYNX blue line light rail and not far from Amtrak station. The property was clean and gave Boho modern chic vibes. The property staff were pleasant and accommodating while in the building during business hours. Good for short stays. Negatives: checking in was HORRIBLE! I’m happy I caught the staff before 5pm because I struggled to complete the pre-check in and the check in on the lobby Kiosk. You’ll be chatting with a bot if you need assistance...
