"中型犬2頭と大人３人で泊まりました。離れの建物で、外観や中の建具などはレトロでおばあちゃんちという雰囲気でしたが、お風呂、トイレ、壁紙、洗面台などリフォームされていてとても清潔で綺麗でした。　 車で10分？くらいのところに大きなイオンやドンキホーテがありました。素泊まりだったので食料はそこで買い出ししました。 お布団も清潔で、エアコンもよく効いて寝やすかったです。 犬も居心地が良かったようで、帰るのを渋っていました。 堤防がすぐ目の前で、犬の散歩もしやすかったです。 離れは風呂、トイレが室内にありました。部屋もとても広く、テレビや冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポットがありました。 また是非利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 "

"The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the Internet connection was very reliable. The view from my room was spectacular, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was located in walking distance to Toyohashi station, as well as the city center and local shops. "The service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a positive experience. The only reason for putting 4 stars is that the bathroom in our room had a strong ammonia smell. Also, as a heads up, I went with my elderly mother and the building had steep stairs to get to the bath and dining, and the room was not exactly barrier free and we tripped over a couple of times (We didn't think much of it at the time of booking, so it's our fault) Otherwise, it was a great!"

"夫婦＋小さい子供2人の4人での宿泊でしたが、夜、朝ご飯共に子供にも配慮してくださった食事を提供いただいたり、時間の変更にも対応してくださったり、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。5歳の子も楽しんでくれたようで、次はもう少し早く来ようねと、再訪をを希望しておりました。 建物は確かに古いですが、それが温泉旅館、的なところもありますし、水回りもそこまで気になりませんでした。時間の関係で今回は露天風呂に入らなかったので、次はそちらも楽しめたら良いなと思いました。 ありがとうございました。"

"自転車で大阪から東京までの行く道で泊まらせてもらいました。 現地払いで予約していたのですが時間に間に合いそうになく先払いに変更していただきました。 対応が早くて良かったです。 20時頃には宿の人はいなかったのですが、メールでチェックインの手順が送られて来てました。 お風呂はわからないですが、お手洗いは綺麗でした。 部屋やお手洗いにある水道の使い方は分からなかったですが、廊下にある水道も綺麗でした。 泊まった部屋には小さい虫がいました。自分は問題ないのですが、苦手な人は気になりそう。 厚めの布団が置いてあり、寝心地良かったです。 エアコンが入る前から付いていて快適でした。 宿のすぐ横に鰻のお店があったのですが、19時に閉まるらしく行けなかったです。 今後また浜名湖に行くことがあればまた泊まらせてもらいたいです。"
