"Our visit began with a little hiccup as the unit had not been cleaned. Rebecca was very quick to respond and had someone out in an hour to handle it. From the previous reviews this is not a common occurrence. We found the unit to be comfortable and quiet. It was a bit on the cold side so we didn’t get to enjoy the porch as much as we would have liked. We spent a couple of days exploring the Everglades. It was a short drive. We had everything we needed. The listing states that the unit has a washer and dryer but that is not the case. There was a closet in the bedroom that maybe they were in but it was padlocked. The shower was very nice but be warned the water can get very hot. It was a very nice place to stay and I would very much recommend staying here. "

"Juan Carlos was very easy to reach and very communicative. The apartment was clean, cozy and had a lovely view. The neighborhood was close but quiet. Weather did not support kayaking, but the area looked great for it and we would definitely return so we could try it out!"

"mark was an excellent host , he made sure we were safe , happy , and had everything we needed for our boat . The boat itself is cozy and perfect for some privacy after a busy day out and about , or stay on boat and grill , and get some sun. :)Excellent communication with our host, Mark !! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend over the usual hotel/ motel stays . A fun adventure and we will go back !"
