「My wife and I stayed at Melaya Estate for 3 nights in September 2025. The villa is spacious and comfortable. There is a private pool and direct beach access. It's a quiet area, very peaceful. The staff is excellent. You tell them what you want from their menu and they bring the food to your villa at the specified time. The food is excellent. We are birders and the manager arranged for a driver to take us to the Bali Barat National Park, about 20 minutes away. We highly recommend these...

The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus! The manager also helped me find a fantastic deal on another trip later on in my travels once I had left Banyuwangi. The homestay is a very good price and there is a high street around the corner. 1 minute walk from the main train station and a few minutes to the ferry port by bus.」
