「飲料水が外のウォーターサーバーからボトルに注ぐのですが、湯・水・冷水の全てがちゃんと出ることがなかった。」

「国立公園内にあるだけあってとても景色が綺麗。 野生のサル、鹿、鳥などがホテル内に自由に出入りするのでサファリパークみたいで面白い。（動物は攻撃してきたりはしなかった。） プライベートビーチでカヤック、シュノーケリングがフリーで出来たり、オプションでトレッキング・サイクリング（公園内を朝７：００～。１回３時間ぐらい一人で参加するより２人～参加の方が値段が安い）目の前に見えるムンジャンガン島でダイビングが出来たり、マッサージ・スパ・ネイルサロン、プールサイド（海水プール）のバレには本もあって（日本語の小説も有り）暇つぶしには十分。スタッフの対応は◎２泊以上でのんびりしたい場所。 ラナイタイプはシャワーしか無く、お湯の出が悪かった。」

「Can not recommend this place enough. The staff are all really lovely. The rooms are clean and have excellent air conditioning. All the communal spaces are clean as well. Wish we could have stayed longer. 」

「想像した以上にステキな部屋で、自然に囲まれた最高の環境でした。少し高いけど、泊まるならマングローブオーシャンヴィラを絶対にお勧めします。 目の前の海の波の音を聞きながら、ゆったりしたり、お昼寝したり、鹿や猿が歩いているのを眺めながらのんびりできます。国立公園内なので、様々な動物や虫の声が聞こえ、豪華な部屋でキャンプをしているようでした。ムンジャンガン島へのシュノーケリングも最高でした。」

「４回目の利用ですがやはり空港から遠いのがネックですがスタッフも優しく居心地がよいホテルです。前回来た時より猿が多く大変でした」

The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus! 「この値段で朝食が付いててと思っていたら、朝9時前とやや遅め(10時迄)に食堂にいくとほぼなにも無い状態で、きたなく散らかったままでした。おまけにシャワーはチョロチョロで殆んどでません。」

「This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. The food at the hotel was...
