Wonderful short stay

We booked the executive suite, which was superb in space and quality. Breakfast was also quite varied, different warm dishes, a Vietnamese noodle soup station and fresh eggs. In addition, some bread and local sausages and salad.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.

Charming hotel with great breakfast

A nice older hotel with a lot of charm. We got the executive king and it was 2 large rooms with king beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 tv’s, and 2 desks. So much space. Really comfy beds. It was quiet enough for being right in the city. The bathtub is nice and deep. The breakfast buffet was really big. So many options.

Comfortable

Really nice and comfortable hotel with very efficient and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. It is a little out of town so if you don’t mind depending on taxis or walking it will be fine. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby.

I don’t like the noise of construction going on at this property. The curtain shower need to clean and dry completely that to avoid the smelly of old one. The good thing is they change breakfast menu everyday.

Beautiful hotel - poor execution

Despite pleasant staff and reasonably good food, the hotel management dropped the ball when it came to room cleanliness. The cleaning staff merely changed our towels during our 3 night stay. Cleaning of the room was not performed until I requested it. Not to mention that the bathroom was not that clean to begin with; the tile grout was dirty and mouldy. The room's carpet looked grubby and smelled dirty. What a shame...........because the hotel itself is beautiful. Management definitely needs to "clean" up its act.

Unsatisfactory Stay: Poor Room Amenities an

There were several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my experience. Firstly, the quality of the provided toiletries was substandard, particularly the toothbrushes which shed bristles during use. When we resorted to using our personal toothbrushes, these were mistakenly discarded by the housekeeping staff the following day, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Secondly, I experienced concerning issues with the front desk service. When requesting assistance to coordinate with our coach service provider for pickup, the reception staff's communication was ineffective. We were instructed to wait in the lobby at 11:00 PM, but the shuttle arrived 50 minutes late at 11:50 PM, leaving us waiting in the lobby for an extended period late at night. These incidents fell well below the standard of service I would expect from your establishment. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

전반적으로 무난한 호텔입니다. 샤워할때 수압이 다소 낮고, 조식은 평범한 부페식 입니다. 단지 호텔 주변에는 볼거리와 할거리가 거의 없습니다. 야시장까지 차로 10분 거리 입니다. 저녁에 재미있게 지내고 싶다면, 야시장 근처에 숙소를 잡는걸 추천합니다.
