"We had an excellent vacation stay in this Lake Tahoe home. Two families, four adults, four kids – we were fortunate to also have snow, which was an amazing experience.The host was always available, and the instructions were pretty clear.Fire wood is also provided, along with everything as mentioned in the listing. "Forest Views is a lovely, comfortably cozy, ground floor place. It is very neat and clean. It’s perfect for anyone who really doesn’t want the double or triple stairs in the bigger homes. The four stars was due to the sleeping options. While there is definitely enough sleeping options for 6 people, and the master is on the ground floor, that is the only one really viable bed for two people. The second larger bed is against two walls, requiring the second person to crawl over the other. That’s where cozy comes in. On the plus side, they use fitted sheets. Making a bad with flat bottom sheets, oddly, are an annoyance for us. It also has a terrific fireplace. AvantStay provided professional, friendly and responsive service. While this particular location may or may not always fit our needs, when looking for other options, we’ll begin with AvantStay. "

"The staff made me feel like we were old friends, they were so delightful! The incredible amenities of happy hour, s’mores by the firepit, games and a sauna, were so unexpected and made me want to stay longer. They are dog lovers and the pet package was so appreciated! "

"Great location, great home, and great amenities. Will definitely be back if the opportunity presents itself at this location. Only real hiccup were ants in the kitchen and dining room area (the ant traps that were available did not seem effective). The host tried to assist and was very responsive so that earned some good will. Not dropping a star for the ants, but now that the issue has been identified, hopefully future guests can simply enjoy the awesome place!"
