Here you live in the 7th Floor of the Haus Nautic, with a spectacular view of the world shipping route and only 50m from the green beach of Grimmershörnbucht. The modern apartment has free WiFi, a separate bedroom, also with a balcony and sea view. Living room with luxury sofa bed (cold foam mattress with 180x200 cm lying area) LED TV and radio. Open kitchen with dining table and oven. As well as a spacious shower room. Parking space directly at the house. Of course, the swimming pool and sauna in Haus Nautic can be used free of charge.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die tolle Lage und der Blick aufs Wasser sind das Beste! Das Schwimmbad im Haus ist praktisch. Die ständige Verfügbarkeit eines festen Parkplatzes ist sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Mikrowelle wäre ganz schön, der Fernseher sollte ev. besser im Schlafzimmer stehen, das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden.

Einfach top

Auch wenn Stühle und Couch in den letzten 2 Jahren etwas Farbe lassen mussten war es wieder ein top Aufenthalt. Tolle, saubere Wohnung, grandioser Ausblick, einfache und problemlose Kommunikation, was will man mehr (von einer immer wieder geforderten größeren Dusche mal abgesehen ;-) )Danke für tolle und erholsame 10 Tage!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war sauber und wunderschön. Der Ausblick vom großen Balkon war fantastisch und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Zum richtigen Sandstrand geht man schon etwas weit aber ist machbar. Einkauf eher mit dem Auto aber Bäcker ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Fahrrad mieten wäre eine Überlegung wert. Sandstrand ist etwas weiter weg, der Hauseigene Pool hat Öffnungszeiten und ist nicht so für Kinder geeignet, da Springen und Wasserpistolen verboten sind und Ältere Urlauber wollen in Ruhe ihre Bahnen schwimmen. Internet war nicht gut, da es für alle offen ist und ständig der Empfang weg war. Aber alles halb so wild, war wunderschön und mit dem Meer vor der Tür, braucht man keinen Pool und Inet ist auch nicht so wichtig, wenn man Urlaub macht!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Da Duschvorhänge immer Körperkontakt suchen, ist dieser nicht optimal. Wir waren jeden Tag unten im Schwimmbad, und haben dort geduscht. Somit alles Top.

Besser geht kaum

Eine wunderschöne, mit Liebe eingerichtete, sehr saubere und gut gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick, Die Bilder im Internet werden der Wohnung kaum gerecht. Einziges Manko, wie auch andere Rezensenten schon geschrieben haben, ist der Duschvorhang, auch wenn er einen noch recht neuen Eindruck machte. Wirklich ein Glückstreffer und ich komme gerne wieder.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Wir haben die wenigen Tage in dem Objekt sehr genossen, man wird durch die tolle Aussicht auf die vorbeiziehenden Schiffe selbst bei einen Regentag entschädigt. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll und modern, einzig der Kühlschrank und das alte ungemütliche Badezimmer sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen bzw. noch mal buchen.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, die mehr hält, wie das Haus von Außen verspricht. Gut ausgestattet und der Blick über den Weltschiffahrtsweg ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Abzüge gibt es deutlich für kleine Bad mit schmuddeligem Duschvorhang, welches überhaupt nicht zum Rest der Wohnung passt. Für die wenigen Tage grad noch akzeptabel, für einen richtigen Urlaub scheidet die Wohnung daher leider für uns aus. Der Service war allerdings wieder top....

Super saubere und mega schön eingerichtete Wohnung, mit einem wahnsinnig tollen Ausblick. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Abwicklung über das Servicebüro war perfekt und ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko ist der Duschvorhang, dieser kann beim duschen ziemlich nerven. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung und schwärmen noch heute davon. Herzlichen Dank das wir hier so schöne Tage verbringen durften.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Makel, Dusche mit Duschvorhang geht garnicht . Nicht sehr angenehm . Aber aus dem Bad raus und bei der Aussicht war alles Vergessen

Eine wirklich sehr s...

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einen grandiosen Ausblick. Wir waren schon öfter im Haus Nautic aber das war mit Abstand die beste Wohnung. Aber auch der Cuxland Fewo Service war super ,sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Traum Blick vom Balkon. Leider wurde das Bad vergessen zu renovieren.🙁 Trotzdem ist es ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub gewesen und ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren zum 2. mal in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt im 7. Stock mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Schifffahrtsweg. Leider hatten wir in diesem Jahr Pech, da durch Corona das Schwimmbad gesperrt war. Da haben wir im letzten Jahr morgens geschwommen und hinterher geduscht, was in dem kleinen Badezimmer der Wohnung nicht so gut möglich ist. (enge Dusche mit Vorhang und kleines Waschbecken). Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir hoffen, dass der Eigentümer doch noch eine Duschwand einbaut.
