"I had an excellent stay at the Marriott in Shanghai. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great amenities and an amazing view of the city. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore Shanghai, and the facilities were outstanding. The gym was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious while still being relaxing. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Marriott to anyone visiting Shanghai, whether for business or vacation. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip. Five stars!"

"Came to celebrate my partner’s birthday and they helped organise cake and champagne, which was very appreciated. We arrived early in the morning and couldn’t check in yet but staff offered us to freshen up by the pool, which was a relief after our flight. We went about our day and they emailed us at 12pm that the room was ready! Other thoughtful gestures like housekeeping noticing my teeth aligner and leaving a cleaning agent for me to use, really elevated our stay here. All staff were polite, kind and constantly preempting our needs - a great stay, fabulous design and convenient location"
