"I booked the Ramada by Wyndham before reading the reviews as it was a cheap option for a work conference I was attending. The hotel is in fine condition but my experience was ruined by the poor staff and worse management. On my first day on the property, we were all recovering from a massive snowstorm that left two feet of snow on site. When I checked in at 3:30 p.m. from a long day of travel, I was informed by front desk staff that they would be plowing the parking lot and I'd need to move my car soon. Because of this, I decided to forgo a planned nap prior to dinner and powered through my day. The plow never came and the staff could not provide me an update on when it would. I left the hotel at 6:30 p.m. It was still unplowed. I returned at 10:30 p.m. It was still unplowed. I asked the staff, again, if the plows would be coming because I was going to be going to bed. They said they did not know, so I went to sleep. I was awoken out of a dead sleep at 12:30 a.m. to move my car by an absolutely rude staff member who couldn't even pretend to care about waking me up after midnight. Completely unacceptable behavior and completely asinine customer relations. I'll never stay at this otherwise adequate hotel again."

"One of if not my worst hotel experiences ever. I wasted $200 because I rebooked at another hotel after 20 min. The property smelled like smoke. The stairs had empty beer cans and bottles as you walked up to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Once in the room. It was like the room was straightened up but not cleaned at all. It honestly smelled like funk and febreze. The bed sheets were dirty and had dog fur on the sheets and pillow. The pillow cases were actually dirty. One had black makeup still on the pillow case. I wanted my hands and the sink backed up and had hair and just unidentified dirt that rose from the backed up water. I was visiting the area with my family so there was no way I could've stayed in those conditions with a 2 year old along with me. I don't know who checks on these type of things but this place needs to be audited for improvements seriously. I don't do reviews like this but since this hotel made themselves the exception, I had to make an exception and write this. I highly don't recommend staying here unless there's proof they literally cleaned up their establishment. "

"This hotel is probably one of the worst I have seen in a suburban setting. It reminds me of one you would find in a rundown area of a city. We couldn’t even stay here because of everything that was wrong with this property."

"First of all if you stay here definitely eat dinner at La Luna the drinks the garlic bread the pasta everything was delicious. Back to the hotel. The front desk staff sorry I don't remember your name I think manager was so welcoming and understanding. She was polite and helped us get new keys when ours didn't work. Fresh towel for the pool, helped our kids get snacks and paper products for late night warm ups. The pool is a nice size love the large steps to relax on their are bathroom and a shower in the pool so you don't have to leave my only complaint is the window from the conference room that over looks the pool from inside. We were swimming while there was a conference and had no clue they could see us the whole time a little uncomfortable. Especially since there were chairs directly next to the window where we took off our swimsuit covers. The rooms were clean and beds soft. Biggest complaint was that there was an event at night that the hotel was not aware of and it could be heard in our room so loudly. The restaurant/bar should make the hotel aware of these events so customers are aware of the noise. Thankfully they turned off the music a little after 10:30 but 3 hours of loud pumping music I had a pretty nice headache. Ended with a little breakfast buffet in the restaurant about $20 buffet of eggs, potatoes, bacon sausage variety of breads, muffins and bagels and some fresh fruit"

"Dead bolts on room didn't work. Curtains on window would not close. Very noisy inside and outside hotel. Small couch pillow on bed inside pillowcases. Hot water in bathroom had no temperature safety, hot water was scalding out of the tap. Drug dealers and prostitutes in parking lot. Overall very unsafe"

"Although I had checked in early, I immediately left for a wedding, and returned at 9 p.m. The heat was turned off in the room, the electric heat wasn't very effective. By 11 p.m. it was still cool. Also reported the toilet wasn't working properly. And ... my credit card wasn't charged for the room, but a hold was put on my card--purportedly until the cleaning staff had cleaned and checked the room. And then, I was informed the "security" charge would, in 3-5 business days be refunded (or--and this wasn't clear--whether the room rate I booked through Hotels.com, would be deducted from the withheld monies, and the balance credited to my credit card account). I've never heard of such a thing, nor experienced it at any other lodging facility."
