Estou acostumado a me hospedar em hotéis da rede e essa foi a primeira experiência que considero ruim. Atendimento da recepção foi ruim. No sábado a equipe de limpeza não passou no quarto, mesmo tendo deixado o pedido na porta para a arrumação, fui a recepção quando retornei e fui informado que nao havia mais ninguém e não tinha toalhas limpas para trocarem as nossas. com muita insistência e má-vontade a funcionária da recepção levou 2 toalhas limpas. Café da manhã não dispoe de alternativa para pessoas com dietas restritivas.
