It was just my sister and our husbands visiting for the first time so we spent a lot of time exploring Eluthera, Spanish Wells, and Harbor Island. 「The location of this little cottage could not have been more perfect. We checked out several other beaches on the island and honestly felt like this was the best! The house is nothing fancy but had everything we needed and was perfect for us. It is a clean, quaint little cottage with a beautiful view of the beach right out the back door. It is super clean inside the cottage with everything we needed for our almost 2 weeks stay and we had the whole beach/bay to ourselves! 「Sandy Toes was perfect for our needs. The location is very central to exploring the entire island of Eleuthera. You definitely need a car. Alan, on-site property manager was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have a few power outages that are common on the island. Flash lights and battery powered light sources are helpful.」

「A lovely stay, but make sure you have time on departure day to take all your garbage to the dump. Also if you plan to do laundry, bring your own detergent. There were no complimentary beverages in the fridge so make sure you stop and get stuff before getting settled because you are nowhere near a store. 「My husband and I come to Eleuthera every year for our anniversary and love Conch’d Out (cottage and house). The cottage is perfect for a quiet getaway but also close enough to restaurants, Island Farm, GHB airport, and Governor’s Harbour do things when you want to get out. A beautiful quiet pink sand beach and lovely sunrises are at your doorstep. 「Stayed here to be close to my parents’ rental just one house over (Sweet Merlot). Plenty of space for me and would be perfect for a couple. Nice porch views. AC worked well. Showers hot water heated quickly. Large book selection. Driveway entry is a little steep/ rough but not out of the ordinary for Eleuthera. Would book again.」

「We last visited Eleuthera 40 years ago for our honeymoon. Yes, there have been some changes, however it remains a destination for unspoiled beaches. The Simple Life Cottage was the perfect place to experience this. Watching the sunrise in the morning and seeing a million stars at night. Magical watching fireflies in the nature landscape. 「Peyton Place was clean, we enjoyed our stay. Has great ocean view. Sat on porch many hours watching and listening to crash waves. This is a great place to stay, any issues that come up are handled right away (hot water went out after power outage). If I had to say anything down about the place kitchen stuff, lacking pans for the oven. Great water pressure and hot water.」

「My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at chez Cay. The hosts were the Best! Erika and Scott! They answered us each and every time we needed anything. They gave us suggestions on where to see music and get good food! Scott showed us how to gut Konch shells! In was such a cool experience. 「This is a very nice house in a good location. While it is not waterfront there is a good view of the Atlantic from the front porch and easy access to central Eleuthera - Governors Harbor, James Cistern, and many beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean. The house itself is spacious, modern and well-maintained. Large double doors on the front of the house provided cooling breezes both day and night. The owner was very responsive to our very few needs.」

「I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). Awesome view and nice location.」
