"Staff when I checked in didn't speak loud enough to hear and mumbled. Didn't help that English was a second language. Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use. Next morning I went to the car and came back - the room key didn't work. Had to go to the front office again to get it reset with the excuse "Sometimes it does that." Would stay there again."

Also, they have a shuttle service within a 5 mile radius which I was able to take advantage of. The gentleman who drove the van was super kind and helpful."
