「Hotel confused me for my sister who had a separate reservation. Even though I have platinum status she received the upgraded room. We had identified this at the time of checkin. Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff. Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. 」

「カテドラルなどの中心街にも近く、治安にも問題もなく、快適に過ごせた。建物は古いがうまくリノベーションされている。特に朝食のビュッフェを取る、三階のレストランからのクエンカの街の眺望は素晴らしかった。ホテルの人々は親切で、フレンドリー。また利用したくなるホテルだ」

「Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive at the hotel until 4am. Staff were there to let us in and got us to our room quickly so we could get some much needed sleep. Everyone was very friendly, breakfast was great, shops are within easy walking distance. 」

「MY ROOM VERY QUIET...BEDDING WAS WONDERFUL. I HAVE A HIP INJURY.SO COULD NOT CLIMP.STAIRS FOR BREAKFAST.. THEY BROUGHT ME MY BREAKFAST EACH MORNING...THANK YOU FOR WONDERFUL STAY AND CARRING」
