"Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. "

"Very convenient to historic Cuenca via tranvia (inexpensive electric cable car) and only a 2 block walk to a very good. large grocery store where there are also a few casual eating, pharmacy, clothing, etc shops. A walk into town is only 15-20 minutes for a good walker.2 large bedrooms, kitchen, dining and desk/internet area.
