Located in a secured beautiful community called la Perla, this luxury home has all the amenities you could want with amazing ocean and djungle views.
5 minute walk to the best surfspot on this guanacaste coast and for the non surfer there is a pool and a large sundeck for yoga and sunbathing.

Driftwood is located on top of a hill, the ocean views from livingroom, kitchen and bedrooms are breathtaking, especially at sunset.
You will wake up in the morning to the sound of the waves and the sounds of nature, if its the howler monkey or the birds.

The main house has two Masterbedrooms (with A/C) with en suite bathrooms and walk in dressing rooms and there is a smaller bedroom with a single bed (option to extend it into a double bed)with a separate toilet and sink but NO A/C in this bedroom.

In the casita is the third bedroom (with A/C) with en suite bathroom and walk in dressing room located next to the pool and allows to have a separate space for another couple or a Nanny if necessary.

The living room is equipped with A/C and fans and next to the kitchen ( equipped with soda water maker, coffee machine, mixer, water boiler and toaster, as well microwave, oven and fridge) is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The construction is complete with beautiful local hardwoods all over the house, from the kitchen to the vaulted ceilings and high end local wood furnishings.

This property is one of only a couple of rental houses in this growing beach community of Ostional and the village has two restaurants which serve costa rican cuisine ( isla tortuga and las tortugas).

Ostional is world famous as a national refuge and home to thousands of Olive Ridley Turtles that will come ashore to bury their eggs during full moon periods during certain times of the year.
Local guides will lead you in the early morning hours for this wonder of nature.
