Room was decent. Staff was nice. The smoke alarm started beeping low battery in the morning. We also had very noisy neighbors.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lakeland West
My wife and I have been coming here for years. I was excited to see all the improvements that have been made. New flooring, New bathrooms. The manager said there is new furniture coning. We can't wait to see what they do next. Keep up the good work!!

Holiday Inn Winter Haven by IHG
The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. The only negative to the stay was the elevators weren’t working but I understand things happen and we were able to use the maintenance elevator. All in all a great stay and we would definitely stay at the IHG in Winter Haven again!
