"The staff was friendly, helpful and overall excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and it was not repaired throughout our stay of 6 nights! We were on the fifth floor, so we had to make the tedious climb up and down to our room. The hotel did not even offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. It was only after we asked for a complimentary something that they offered one day free breakfast. The water pressure of the toilet in the room was very low, so flushing did not work well. "

"The Drey is in a lovely neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops and steps from Earls Court tube station. Property is extremely clean and fresh with all modern conveniences. Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be my choice any time I return to London."

"Overall a very good hotel. Lighting system in rooms very confusing. I would have liked lobby coffee in the morning and an earlier start to breakfast (currently 7 am). Breakfast buffet is good. Small hotel cafe mediocre at best."
