「Great location, walking distance to everything. Spacious studio, modern and clean.」

「Spotless & a 5-star feel to the property & room」

「The suite was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well stocked. The tub/shower was a little bit of a challenge to get in and out of. But the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet. The restaurant downstairs was outstanding. Parking in back was tight but easy to use. The contactless entry and use was easy to use. Instructions provided were easy to follow.」

「Room small and cramped, ensuite outside of the room but for the price ok for 1 night」

「The property was very relaxing and our stay was enjoyable. Unfortunatatly the property was looking rate tired. The cooker was difficult to use and when it did work was not very effective. The freezer needed defrosting We could not use the dish waste as the washer tablet compartment would not stay closed. With a little TLC with property would be excelent」

「A clean and quiet B&B close to Ayr beach and Pavilion, within walking distance of the town centre. The owner is helpful, just remember to let them know your approximate arrival time.」
