"They had a power outage just as we got there. Sandra, our hostess, was there to assist us. We went for dinner, did some sightseeing, and the power was back on shortly afterwards. So glad we stayed. It was everything I hoped for. We wanted a relaxing quiet few days by the lake. I saw three wonderful sun rises and relaxed watching the waves. The place was very clean and so well maintained. We had everything you needed for a relaxing stay."

"Very clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated property. For once, the space is even better than the photos! The screened back porch is spacious and provides a delightful, private area to listen to nature sounds and view the rainbow of the autumn forest beyond. The kitchen has all the necessities to produce meals in if desired. The jetted tub is quite large and delightful, and the master bedroom is very generously proportioned and quiet. The location is minutes away from both Whitefish Pointe and Tahquamenon Falls State Park. Nick, our host, responded quickly through the app, was pleasant, helpful, and made both check-in and check-out seamless. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you!"

"This was a great place to stay for a week. It has almost everything you might need for a stay! We stayed for an anniversary trip. The sunrises was beautiful every day. The town is just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed there for 5 nights and overall loved the house. We got there late on a Sunday night after a long drive and unfortunately the cleaning crew dropped the ball and missed cleaning up after the last guests left. Jason, the owner, was very reasonable about this, had a cleaner come out the following morning, and compensated us appropriately. Apart from that, the house was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. It served as a great base camp for us to explore and enjoy the UP."

"We had a very nice stay in sept. 20-24. We were blessed to have had beautiful weather and the walkout really had everything you needed. If you are making your own meals, there were appliances to be able to do whatever you wanted. Plus an outdoor gas grill. The place was very roomy and easy to make everything work for you. Choices of tables to eat at, play games or do projects. Indoor and outdoor. Very warm cozy atmosphere/decor. Thank you, Dean & Sarah. We appreciated all the thought and detail you put into your place to make it a pleasant home away from home for visitors"
