Renovated! Fantastic Location!

Welcome to 'Heaven's Gate,' a completely renovated century old cabin.

This home is located in a great spot in the charming town of Crested Butte one block from gourmet dining and great shopping. The shuttle to the slopes stops frequently a block away-the best way to get to the lifts. You will be at the crossroads in Crested Butte, an amazing place for stunning scenery and recreational activites year round.

We have spared no expense for your comfort. The radiant floor heat keeps the place cozy in the winter, you'll love the warm bathroom floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the king and two queen beds are all pillow top mattresses with down comforters. The kitchen is fully appointed. Enjoy the gas fireplace or HD TV with comfortable seating for all. There is internet and DVR so you don't miss a thing while you are out in the great outdoors.

It does have a fenced back yard with a deck, grill, dining set and a great view of CB mountain.
You'll love it!

You can book automatically but be aware even cancellations more than 60 days from check in will be charged $25. Short term cancellation policy is if time can be rebooked refund will be provided.
There is one off street parking spot. For more than one car info will be provided for a visitor street parking pass.
Dogs allowed but see rules. One dog, potential cleaning fees and barking charges.
No extra guests allowed in back yard camping. Max occupancy is 6 people.
No open fires allowed in town of CB
Violations will result in loss of damage deposit.

My husband and I stayed in this 3BR, so we knew that we'd have good space for us. The house exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable, fully stocked, good master and full bath. We walked to all our restaurant choices and was convenient to drive to fabulous CB hiking areas. Quiet despite being fairly close to the main road from Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home and location!

We enjoyed our stay at Bob's home in Crested Butte! It was very comfortable, cozy, warm and had everything we needed for our trip. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, the grocery store and the bus stop to head up the mountain and ski. We will be back!

The house and its interior is even nicer than the photos might suggest, the location is great, and the host is very responsive and courteous. In addition, absolutely fair pricing for a house with that much space and that quality in that location. Thanks for everything, we had a great time!

Crested Butte Gem

It's a lovely place to stay in CB. It has a great downtown location and is so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Communication was fantastic. All questions were answered quickly and clearly. Check-in and check-out was easy. We would highly recommend a stay if you find yourself coming to Crested Butte!!

Clean & cozy cabin right in town!

Bob's place was clean and cozy haven for us to come back to each day after the slopes. A few steps away from the shuttle to the moutains. Kitchen had everything for us to cook dinner a few night and just a quick walk into town. Stacked with games as well! We loved it. Will be back!

Had a wonderful stay at 515 Sopris. Great location a block from town, offering exceptional views of the butte and surrounding mountains. Pictures don’t do the home justice. We were very impressed.

Great location, spacious house

Bob's property is walkable to everywhere in town, including to a number of shuttle stops that will take you up to the mountain (for free). The house is plenty spacious with 3 bedrooms upstairs (king, queen, queen), 1 - 3/4 bathroom upstairs, and a half-bath on the main floor. The house has everything you need to stay comfortable, and the mudroom is really helpful with all the snow and mud outside. The pictures on the listing are minimal but you can trust it's a comfortable, convenient stay for a visit to Crested Butte. My only complaint is how expensive listings are becoming with taxes, listing fees, cleaning, etc. such is life, I suppose!
