"Friendly staff on reception, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Given that northern Italy is suffering from major drought, I was disappointed that they changed the towels every day. It’s unnecessary. I used the stairs, which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly. If I go back I’ll ask for an internal room, which might be quieter as there is a very noisy bar downstairs with tables outside. Lots of renovation work happening on the upper floor so it’ll be interesting to see what they are...
