I had a great time in Cremona, hotel in a great location, fantastic room, huge, clean with all modern technologies. I feel as a king leaving in 21 century. Roberto and Michelle provided all supports and hospitality. I just would like to say thank you.

Amazing palazzo with unique rooms, carefully thought after design, great snacks, and very helpful and friendly managers. Our favorite Cremona destination with great taste, and occasional concert performance in the garden.

Our room was comfortable and nicely arranged. The manager clearly put a lot of thought into it. It is within walking distance to the cathedral and town square. There is also a private parking in the back. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I highly recommend this place.

Ever wanted to spend the night in a real palace? This is it! A real Italian Renaissance palace --- frescoed walls, beautiful antique furnishings -- but remodeled with full modern ensuite bath, comfy bed, cable TV. A marvelous find.

This is an incredibly gorgeous palace, complete with a gate door and unique keys for old bolt locks. The main courtyard is beautiful and opens to the sky, the decor is incredible, and my room included floor to ceiling window-doors that opened up to a private patio. AC worked great, especially during a heat wave! The ceilings that are made of original wood... Gorgeous! They offer such a unique and amazing experience that you just cannot get anywhere else. The staff were incredibly kind, and went out of their way to help me with travel arrangements to get me to/from the airport after my driver did not show up and I missed my flight. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for such a uniquely special experience! I will NEVER forget it!

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
This is a highly eccentric property, a strange mix of ancient and trendy. The top choice is billed as a suite, but is just a big room. The room and common areas smelled musty. Seating was awkward. Heating was erratic. The bathroom was all but unusable, with bad lighting and a truly tiny shower. The bed has a problem that comes with great age - it is really short. I don’t see how anyone 6 feet or over could fit in it. There were no exterior windows as a practical matter. No one seemed to speak any English, so no one explained how to work the very funky room door lock, etc There’s no breakfast or any other food service, which would be ok but there’s effectively nowhere convenient to grab anything to eat. The snack stock was relatively generous but no more than light snacks. The interesting area of Cremona is quite compact (maybe a three or four block area running from the cathedral, including the Violin Museum. The palazzo is an inconvenient walking distance from there, and from the train station, in a drab neighborhood. Disappointing.
