"Zen at the front desk is everything! The customer service from a to z is outstanding. The bed is super comfortable. I have rooms booked for next week because they were that great!"

"The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The TV in our room did not work and she quickly moved us to another room. But I must add that when I arrived, because I had such a bad experience at another hotel she upgraded me to a presidential suite to make my stay even better with them. Because of that, I will definitely stay there again because of her generosity and the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel."
