"We were terribly disappointed by our experience with this hotel for their customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong date—June 4 instead of July 4—and realized the mistake after the stay had passed. As soon as I noticed, I called the hotel and asked if they would consider allowing me to move the reservation to the correct date. I wasn't asking for a refund; I simply wanted to rebook and still stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, I was told that because I had opened the confirmation email, they could not make any changes. I had seen the 4th-5th but not the June mistake. I received an email asking how my stay was which was when I realized the mistake. We were genuinely crushed. We lost nearly $400 over what was an honest, booking error, and there was no flexibility or willingness to help at all. What makes it especially disappointing is that we were so excited to visit Ouray and stay at this hotel. A small gesture of customer service could have turned this situation around, but instead we were left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and out a significant amount of money and can’t afford to book another night now. 😞"

"I had reserved a cabin and the put me in a room, seemed like misrepresented the room. Showed hot tips and etc. None to be seen. Lack of communication on getting in room, had to call manager and get codes for door. Took forever to get in room."

"A unique experience with cool decor. Prompt attention to text and super close to town and hot springs. The extra bed up the loft is hard to access up a ladder (two older women) so we shared the king which was a tempurpedic and it worked out fine. Great memory thank you."
