"There was garbage outside the door. A crack addict sitting on the stairwell. The television and wifi did not work the bathroom ceiling was not finished and the tub was full of mold. The curtain in the window was falling down. If I could give this property a 0 rating I would do so. I took pictures of everything for proof of the terrible conditions. And the price gouching. I payed $288.55 for this disgusting place. Will never stay here again"

"I am a senior female and was traveling alone. I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 pm. There were a few people in the lobby. All other hotels I visited would write down my room number, but not say it aloud for safety reasons. But the clerk at Baymont announced my room number. When i arrived in my room, and opened the bathroom door, there was a wet washcloth on the floor. Very disturbing. "

"Everything was good except one morning the elevator did not work and I have a walker and my room was on the 2nd floor. Not easy getting down or up."

"The room had an odor that may have been mold. I sprayed Fabreze in the room and it helped for the night. When we returned to the room the second night the smell had returned. There were bugs in the shower. When I reported the issues to management they wrote the room number and said they would address it. No apologies for the issues or offers to assist with the problem. Would not recommend staying here other than it was quiet."
