"The house mainly worked out great for our 2 night stay. It was easy to find, parking was right on front of the house, check in was easy using a smart lock, kitchen had what we needed, beds were comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood. The only minor negatives were that the upstairs AC unit (or some other similar appliance) made a fairly audible hum right above the dining table but luckily that noise didn't reach the bedrooms else it would have made sleeping difficult. "This unit was very nice and had what I needed, but the complex did not have an elevator. Or at least not an easily accessible one that I could find. Nor was there street parking near this unit because I arrived late, so I had to make several trips from the parking lot, navigating a flight of stairs to bring my pet and all of my stuff to this unit. The following morning there was a housekeeper looming before check out and the door locked at exactly 11am. There was nothing easy about this stay..."

"Great stay here in Roanoke at West End Flats with my Husband and dog (in town for a half marathon)! Very clean, and location was very convenient to a lot of attractions and good restaurants. The Property Manager was always very prompt in getting back to me. The kitchen was not stocked with as many plates as we had hoped (minor thing), but we made it work. We usually bring paper plates anyway to make things easier. Beautiful surrounding areas in Roanoke!"

"Rough night with fire alarm going off then power went out from 12:30 am until 5:30 am on on one of the coldest nights! Pretty sure others will give a bad review but these are unavoidable issues and the hotel did what they could. Breakfast was still served and I got on my way at 6:30 am to start my day! PS shower was hot too!!"
