「This place really matches the reviews… super central, excellent customer service and timely communication, very spacious. If you are a group of people traveling together, what a score. Do bring ear plugs but with those, which are also provided, it’s not as crazy as expected. Right across the street is a beautiful cafe/restaurant on the water. Everything is right on your doorstep. 「Door to the bedroom downstairs that has a jacuzzy outside of it does not lock at ll. Need to fix, it was like that when we arrived. The karaoke machine has no microphones. Front door lock code, sometimes it works other times malfunctions. None of the jacuzzi's were hot enough for a jacuzzi. Other than that, the house is beautiful. We recommend it. Discrepancies are minor. Pretty safe place even with bad door.. Thank you.」

「We had a delightful stay at this cottage and recommend it highly. It was clean, quiet and ideally located within walking distance from the public Akumal Beach and near the nice restaurant, Jungle Beach Club.
