「Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. She helped us plan a fabulous week of excursions, bought tickets for us, arranged taxis for our mainland adventure and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see on the island. It was our first time coming to the island and rather than staying at a touristy hotel we chose to stay at a home and it really did feel like a house. 「Villa RosMar was perfect for our 11 adults visiting Cozumel for the week. The house is exactly as advertised, palatial and clean. Mariano was the perfect host, arranging transportation and entertainment with just a few minutes notice. The house and pool were cleaned daily too. Francisco and staff provided incredible meals for us, including breakfasts and dinners. We left this place feeling a bit like royalty and would not hesitate visiting again. 」

The staff (house cleaners / pool cleaners) and the owners could not have been more welcoming and warm. 「What an incredible property with an incredible staff. Felt as though we were truly living in luxury. The teenagers loved the pickle ball courts. We will definitely be making this a yearly trip. 」
