「If I could give this lovely Marilla Cape 10 stars I would !! The property is beautiful, spotless and has everything you might need and more ! The hosts are very quick to reply. We travel often and this property, by far, is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Looking forward to when we can return ! 」

「BEST “back to school stay-action ever!” Wanted to do a little something for the family and friends before school started and let me tell you, this was a HIT! The kids and adults had such a fun time! Check in was SEAMLESS and the house looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and stocked. The back yard was a hit for the kiddos (and us adults when they weren’t taking it over lol). Hot tub was PERFECT! We will be back again soon!!!! THANK YOU STACIE!」

「Loved this Vrbo!Great spaces throughout the house.Felt very homey. Owners thought of everything.Really enjoyed using the metal fire pit.Since the house sleeps 6, the only suggestion would be to have 6 chairs at the dining table instead of four.Friendly, helpful owners.」

「I booked this before seeing the other review about odors. DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS LISTING NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. Upon entry, the downstairs smelled of strong air fresheners to cover up mold and smoke. I have allergies and asthma, and I knew there was mold and smoke bc symptoms were instantly triggered. The stove was covered in grease, and the “first aid kit” was 5 bandaids in a container. Had to leave the house due to a migraine triggered from the home conditions and I never went upstairs to see...

「We were pleasantly surprised at this little oasis! Beautiful home, secluded on 47 acres of land, providing the perfect private vacation.Home was bigger than expected, very clean and maintained.Plenty of amenities to keep the family busy, from the heated in ground pool, separate hot tub and game room.」

「Very unique stay in a historic property. Our host made check in easy and communicated promptly throughout our reservation. The property was perfect for a wedding weekend where we could hang out together while waiting for events. Several restaurants within walking distance. Our host gave detailed recommendations and provided useful tips and information throughout the house so you didn’t have to guess on anything. By far my best VRBO experience EVER. Would highly recommend.」

「Our stay in the Buffalo house was beautiful. Situated on a quiet street you are very close to the main roads and most importantly the Bills stadium. The house is stocked with staple supplies and is perfect for a family looking for a getaway or a group looking to be within walking distance from stadium. Definitely would stay again next time we visit the Buffalo area.」
